An international manufacturing company is seeking a new addition to the team for the position of TRANSPORT ASSISTANT in Plovdiv. No previous experience in a similar position is required.
TRANSPORT ASSISTANT /Plovdiv/
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Organize and coordinate transport orders;
- Communicate daily with transportation companies, warehouses and internal departments;
- Select suitable transport providers and monitor transportation costs;
- Track the timely dispatch and delivery of goods;
- Assist in resolving operational and transport-related issues;
- Monitor and coordinate daily transport operations;
- Maintain transport documentation and verify transport invoices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum secondary education;
- Good command of English;
- Previous experience in a similar position is not required;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Communicative personality.
