Team Leader Electronics System Testing
The Team Leader leads the team in developing and executing test plans, analyzing test results, and identifying and resolving defects in electronic systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and motivate a team to ensure efficient execution of testing activities ;
- Planning and coordination of testing processes ;
- Develop and manage testing strategies and plans for projects related to electronic systems ;
- Lead, mentor, and train testing engineers within the team ;
- Communication and coordination with other departments ;
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and partners regarding testing-related matters ;
- Create and maintain documentation for testing processes, scenarios, and results ;
- Ensure compliance with standards and requirements for documentation;
- Designing and optimizing test environments and tools ;
Competences :
- Education – Engineering degree in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, computer engineering or relative;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Electronics department;
- Wide experience with requirement analysis;
- Experience in test management or leadership;
- Good knowledge of embedded software testing
- Excellent communication skills and high level of organization and analytical thinking;
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and processes;
- Very good knowledge of English or German – B1/B2;
Will be an asset :
- Proven leadership experience ;
- ISTQB certification or equivalent ;
- Experience with measurement equipment, electronic circuits.
- Experience with PyTest, PyQT, LabView, serial communication protocols;
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git version control;
