We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to join the team of our partner international company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP HCM solutions to support HR processes and business objectives. This role involves working closely with internal teams to deliver efficient HR solutions using SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Implement and support end-to-end HR processes, including hiring, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide solutions for SAP HCM-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR teams to optimize and automate HR workflows.
- Integrate SAP HCM with other enterprise applications and SAP modules.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation for SAP HCM functionalities.
- Keep up to date with SAP updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent English language skills level B2; C1
- Desirable2 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
- Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- SAP HCM certification (preferred).
