    • Strong knowledge of relevant software applications and diagnostic tools, such as test equipment and troubleshooting equipment.<\/li>\n
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, are essential for effectively conveying technical information to clients and colleagues.<\/li>\n
    • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments and schedules.<\/li>\n
    • Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented is crucial for accurately diagnosing problems, following procedures, and ensuring quality workmanship.<\/li>\n
