Integrated Management System Coordinator\/Expert<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Integrated Management System Coordinator\/Expert. This role supports specialists from the Quality, Environment, Energy, and Food Safety departments. The position is an operational level in middle management.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Responsibilities:\n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    \n
  • Coordinate the Quality, Food Safety, Environment, and Energy activities between Management, departments, and supervisors in the company.<\/li>\n
  • Implement, maintain, monitor, track, control, and improve the integrated system for quality, environment, energy, and food safety.<\/li>\n
  • Periodically report incidents to general management regarding the status and improvement of the Integrated Management System.<\/li>\n
  • Establish and manage the implementation of quality, environmental, and safety standards in all production processes and report incidents to production managers.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct internal quality and environmental audits and monitor the effectiveness of proposed corrective and\/or preventive actions.<\/li>\n
  • Manage proper waste (cleaning of equipment and machinery, intermediate by-products).<\/li>\n
  • Investigate and analyze the causes of occupational accidents (except H&S).<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and transmit data to the authorities according to legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Requirements:\n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • University degree.<\/li>\n
    • English language proficiency at B2 level.<\/li>\n
    • Technical skills and knowledge of Integrated Systems Management preferred: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and Food Safety STD.<\/li>\n
    • 2 years of experience in a similar position.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n
    • Driver’s license category B.<\/li>\n
    • Possibility of business trips outside and inside the country.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in a manufacturing company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
