The Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the workplace meets all legal expectations and actively supports occupational health and safety. The role involves creating, implementing, and maintaining safety programs, policies, and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

  • Develop and implement safety policies, programs, and procedures.<\/li>
  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.<\/li>
  • Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.<\/li>
  • Prepare and present safety performance reports to senior management.<\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents and actions taken.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/li>
  • Conduct safety training and education programs for employees.<\/li>
  • Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to safety policies and procedures.<\/li>
  • Stay current with new regulations and training methods.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/li>
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.<\/li>
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.<\/li>
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure they are completed.<\/li>
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.<\/li>
  • Prepare accident reports and recommend improvements.<\/li>
  • Work closely with management, employees, and safety committees.<\/li>
  • Promote health and wellness programs within the workplace.<\/li>
  • Address ergonomic issues and provide solutions to reduce workplace injuries.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or arelated field.<\/li>
    • With good English level<\/li>
    • Knowledge and experience in working with SAP is a plus<\/li>
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in .<\/li>
    • Thorough knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.<\/li>
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.<\/li>
    • Proficient in MS Office and safety management software.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
