  • Organize and coordinate the daily work of the team;<\/li>
  • Effectively assign tasks and monitor their execution;<\/li>
  • Train, guide, and develop employees to enhance their performance and engagement;<\/li>
  • Create and apply new company guidelines, ensuring departmental alignment and compliance;<\/li>
  • Ensure that all operational documentation is current and complete prior to the production launch of each product assortment;<\/li>
  • Monitor and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, safety, and deadlines, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement;<\/li>
  • Deliver on set goals through motivation and a proactive attitude, always striving for excellence and achievement;<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    REQUIREMENTS:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • University degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field \u2013 will be considered an advantage;<\/li>
    • English language proficiency \u2013 B2 level;<\/li>
    • Previous experience in team leadership;<\/li>
    • Ability to monitor and report on KPIs;<\/li>
    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on inspiring, engaging, and developing teams;<\/li>
    • Ability to recognize and respond to both team and individual needs;<\/li>
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage;<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
