  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the machines to ensure continuous and efficient operation.<\/li>\n
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and ensure smooth production.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to proactively address potential equipment failures.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with other departments during shift changes to ensure continuity and optimal machine performance.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed work, parts used, and time tracking.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.<\/li>\n
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new machines and related systems.<\/li>\n
  • Provide technical training and guidance to machine operators and junior maintenance personnel on proper equipment use and upkeep.<\/li>\n
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in team evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development initiatives.<\/li>\n

    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n
    • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n
