In this role, you will manage and guide a team of procurement specialists to ensure smooth and efficient purchasing processes.   • Manage, mentor, and support a team of procurement specialists, ensuring clear role allocation, effective communication, and professional growth.<\/li>
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the procurement team.<\/li>
  • Set team objectives, track performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive results.<\/li>
  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize procurement strategies to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality acquisition of goods and services.<\/li>
  • Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and long-term partnerships.<\/li>
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, while monitoring performance against contracts, KPIs, and quality standards.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to understand requirements and align purchasing activities with business goals.<\/li>
  • Research market trends and industry insights to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process improvements.<\/li>
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all procurement activities, contracts, and expenses for full transparency and compliance.<\/li>
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and production departments to maintain optimal inventory.<\/li>
  • Stay up to date with legal, regulatory, and industry best practices to safeguard compliance and efficiency.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    REQUIREMENTS:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.<\/li>
    • 4\u20135 years of proven experience as a Procurement Specialist, preferably within a manufacturing environment.<\/li>
    • 2\u20133 years of experience successfully leading a procurement or supply chain team in a production setting.<\/li>
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively, with strong skills in understanding both individual and group needs.<\/li>
    • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.<\/li>
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving efficiency and continuous improvement.<\/li>
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.<\/li>
    • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
