  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the machines to ensure continuous and efficient operation ;<\/li>
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and ensure smooth production ;<\/li>
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to proactively address potential equipment failures ;<\/li>
  • Collaborate with other departments during shift changes to ensure continuity and optimal machine performance ;<\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed work, parts used, and time tracking ;<\/li>
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards ;<\/li>
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new machines and related systems ;<\/li>
  • Provide technical training and guidance to machine operators and junior maintenance personnel on proper equipment use and upkeep ;<\/li>
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team ;<\/li>
  • Participate in team evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development initiatives ; <\/li>
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, machine issues, and project updates ;<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • University degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field;<\/li>
    • English language proficiency \u2013 B2 level;<\/li>
    • Previous experience in team leadership;<\/li>
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation ;<\/li>
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving ;<\/li>
    • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams ;<\/li>
    • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational protocols ;<\/li>
