A Procurement Operations Expert is responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day purchasing activities of a company, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. They coordinate with suppliers, track orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.<\/li>
  • Identify and assess potential vendors, negotiating contracts to obtain optimal pricing and terms.<\/li>
  • Maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and regularly review their performance to ensure compliance with agreements and quality expectations.<\/li>
  • Prepares price quotations and conducts negotiations with suppliers;<\/li>
  • Handles the purchasing of raw materials and components required for manufacturing operations.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.<\/li>
  • Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.<\/li>
  • Keeps detailed and organized documentation of all procurement transactions and associated costs.<\/li>
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock levels.<\/li>
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to procurements<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics , or a related field.<\/li>
    • Proven experience working in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing company.<\/li>
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.<\/li>
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with purchasing software or ERP systems.<\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment<\/li>
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.<\/li>
    • Good level of English B1-B2<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
