Integrated Management System Coordinator/Expert We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Integrated Management System Coordinator/Expert. This role supports specialists from the Quality, Environment, Energy, and Food Safety departments. The position is an operational level in middle management.
Integrated Management System Expert/ Coordinator
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Coordinate the Quality, Food Safety, Environment, and Energy activities between Management, departments, and supervisors in the company.
- Implement, maintain, monitor, track, control, and improve the integrated system for quality, environment, energy, and food safety.
- Periodically report incidents to general management regarding the status and improvement of the Integrated Management System.
- Establish and manage the implementation of quality, environmental, and safety standards in all production processes and report incidents to production managers.
- Conduct internal quality and environmental audits and monitor the effectiveness of proposed corrective and/or preventive actions.
- Manage proper waste (cleaning of equipment and machinery, intermediate by-products).
- Investigate and analyze the causes of occupational accidents (except H&S).
- Prepare and transmit data to the authorities according to legislation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Technical skills and knowledge of Integrated Systems Management preferred: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and Food Safety STD.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Driver’s license category B.
- Possibility of business trips outside and inside the country.
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
