JUNIOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Support the maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and production machinery;
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults and equipment failures;
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure reliable equipment performance;
- Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and optimization of new equipment and electrical systems;
- Analyze equipment performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
- Work with electrical drawings, technical documentation, and maintenance procedures;
- Assist in identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions;
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards;
- Participate in projects focused on process optimization and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:Electrical Engineering;Electronics;Automation Engineering;Power Engineering;or a related technical field;

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and maintenance practices;
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and technical documentation;

- English language proficiency will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of PLC systems, industrial automation, drives, or control systems is an advantage;
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality;
- Good communication and teamwork abilities;
- Initiative and proactive attitude;
- Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
