Junior Logistics Specialist
ОСНОВНИ ОТГОВОРНОСТИ И ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЯ:
- Assists in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely deliveries;
- Monitors delivery schedules and follows up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies;
- Supports logistics and supply chain operations on a daily basis;
- Maintains and updates logistics documentation, shipment records, and databases;
- Communicates with internal departments regarding delivery timelines and material availability;
- Tracks inventory movements and supports stock control activities;
- Verifies shipping and transport documentation accuracy;
- Supports optimization of logistics and transportation processes;
- Ensures compliance with company procedures and logistics requirements;
- Carries out additional responsibilities as required.
ИЗИСКВАНИЯ:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Previous experience or internship in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or administrative operations is considered an advantage;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
