A Junior Logistics Specialist supports the smooth flow of materials, shipments, and logistics operations within the company. The role involves coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, communicating with suppliers and transport partners, and ensuring timely and accurate logistics processes.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to develop within the field of logistics and supply chain management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Assists in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely deliveries;
Monitors delivery schedules and follows up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies;
Supports logistics and supply chain operations on a daily basis;
Maintains and updates logistics documentation, shipment records, and databases;
Communicates with internal departments regarding delivery timelines and material availability;
Tracks inventory movements and supports stock control activities;
Verifies shipping and transport documentation accuracy;
Supports optimization of logistics and transportation processes;
Ensures compliance with company procedures and logistics requirements;
Carries out additional responsibilities as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree;
Previous experience or internship in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or administrative operations is considered an advantage;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
