An international manufacturing company is seeking a new addition to the team for the position of SHIFT SUPERVISOR in Plovdiv. The role operates on a three-shift schedule.
SHIFT SUPERVISOR /Shift Work/ – Plovdiv
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead and coordinate the shift team to ensure efficient production;
- Monitor the performance of production equipment and automated systems;
- Coordinate the resolution of technical issues and equipment breakdowns;
- Organize and supervise preventive maintenance and repair activities;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and production standards;
- Maintain technical and production documentation;
- Support the implementation and optimization of new equipment;
- Train, mentor and develop team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (technical degree is an advantage);
- Previous experience in team leadership and people management;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work with technical documentation;
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic production environment;
- English proficiency – minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
