SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Mainresponsibilities:

Planning, distributing and coordinating the team's tasks during the shift;

Ensuring efficient and safe implementation of production processes;

Ensuring compliance with established quality standards;

Leading and motivating a team of 20-25 people;

Resolving emerging problems and conflicts;

Conducting briefings and training for newly hired employees;

Keeping records of employee attendance and absences;

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the work performed;

Ensuring compliance with all internal and external safety regulations;

Ensuring effective communication with other departments in the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher/Secondary technical education is an advantage;
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in production;
Ability to work 2 shifts of 12 hours on a schedule of 1 day/ 1 night 2 days off;
Leadership and organizational skills;
Teamwork and communication skills;
Knowledge in the field of production processes;
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.);
Problem-solving skills.
