Your Role:
You will act as a catalyst between sales and production. You will monitor the development of sales and the discovery of potential customers and new opportunities.
The Business Developmen Associate :
Role is essential to serving current clients and identifying business growth opportunities, as well as establishing strong networks with industry professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will observe the factory from the outside in, from a customer’s point of view.
- Providing sales analysis/mid-term and long-term forecasting/;
- Development of a strategic plant plan and tracking of KPIs.
- Finding new customers and maintaining the company’s assortment.
- You will actively participate in sales with persuasive communication and excellent product knowledge.
- Coordinates hearings and escalations for filed complaints;
- Coordinates the processing of key inquiries.
Main Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales;
- Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build long-term partnerships with professionals on different levels;
- Initiative and responsibility;
- Negotiation and networking skills;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Analytical and research skills;
- Work in a manufacturing company in a similar position is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage.
