Supervisor - Maintenance Department
The Supervisor plays a key role in bringing people together—coordinating and leading the team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the machines to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and ensure smooth production.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to proactively address potential equipment failures.
- Collaborate with other departments during shift changes to ensure continuity and optimal machine performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed work, parts used, and time tracking.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machines and related systems.
- Provide technical training and guidance to machine operators and junior maintenance personnel on proper equipment use and upkeep.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
- Participate in team evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, machine issues, and project updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field.
- English language proficiency – B2 level.
- Previous experience in team leadership.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational protocols.
- Willingness to provide hands-on training and support to team members.
