Supervisor – Production Engineer
The Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating and leading the production team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
They inspire, train, and support employees while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and coordinate the daily work of the production team;
- Effectively assign tasks and monitor their execution;
- Train, guide, and develop employees to enhance their performance and engagement;
- Support the onboarding of new team members and participate in recruitment, evaluation, and development processes in collaboration with the HR department;
- Monitor and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, safety, and deadlines, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement;
- Deliver on set goals through motivation and a proactive attitude, always striving for excellence and achievement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field;
- English language proficiency – B2 level;
- Previous experience in team leadership;
- Ability to monitor and report on KPIs;
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on inspiring, engaging, and developing teams;
- Ability to recognize and respond to both team and individual needs;
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage;
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
