Talent Experience and Organizational Development Lead
For an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our Organizational and Talent Development initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping and driving strategies related to employee growth, leadership development, performance management, and overall organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business leaders to build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and support the launch of new organizational and people development initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Expand and refine programs focused on talent development, leadership growth, personal development, and skills enhancement.
- Assess the impact of development activities and translate insights into strategic HR actions.
- Provide guidance to managers and HR Business Partners on topics related to learning, training, and change management; serve as the local point of contact for these areas.
- Assist in the implementation of a digital performance review process, particularly within the blue-collar workforce.
- Support the digital transformation of HR processes, including the integration of AI-based solutions.
- Collaborate on global HR development initiatives within the Domestic Appliances division and across the company
REQUIREMENTS:
- A completed degree in Business, HR Management, or a comparable discipline.
- First-hand experience in projects, particularly those involving organizational change.
- Familiarity with contemporary approaches to talent development and project coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset when engaging with diverse internal partners.
- Proficiency in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive approach and strong focus on finding effective solutions.
