RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and coordinate the daily work of the team;
- Effectively assign tasks and monitor their execution;
- Train, guide, and develop employees to enhance their performance and engagement;
- Create and apply new company guidelines, ensuring departmental alignment and compliance;
- Ensure that all operational documentation is current and complete prior to the production launch of each product assortment;
- Monitor and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, safety, and deadlines, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement;
- Deliver on set goals through motivation and a proactive attitude, always striving for excellence and achievement;
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field – will be considered an advantage;
- English language proficiency – B2 level;
- Previous experience in team leadership;
- Ability to monitor and report on KPIs;
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on inspiring, engaging, and developing teams;
- Ability to recognize and respond to both team and individual needs;
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage;
