Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize, oversee, and align the daily tasks of the electrical and electronics maintenance team.
- Carry out and ensure on-time preventive and reactive maintenance for electrical installations, control cabinets, PLC systems, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Observe, evaluate, and enhance the efficiency of automated systems and production machinery.
- Take the lead in diagnosing and resolving electrical and electronic failures to reduce downtime and production interruptions.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety requirements, electrical regulations, and applicable standards.
- Guarantee stable, dependable, and high-performance operation of all electrical and electronic systems in a continuous 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Work closely with production and engineering departments to facilitate operational improvements and process optimization.
- Control and maintain spare parts stocks and ensure accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Provide training, technical development, and safety guidance to team members.
- Maintain and regularly update a skills competency matrix for all maintenance personnel.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment, machinery, and system upgrades.
- Establish, manage, and monitor the department’s annual maintenance budget.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities based on maintenance scheduling software and outcomes from daily production meetings.
- Monitor maintenance expenses, track workshop repair costs, set daily budget targets, and improve the cost-efficiency and quality of spare parts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in industrial electrical/electronic maintenance.
- English language proficiency – B2 level.
- Previous experience in team leadership.
- Working knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and high-voltage equipment is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on inspiring, engaging, and developing teams.
- Ability to recognize and respond to both team and individual needs.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
